Yoga Take Out

Whether we use the term "take out" or "remote", it is now possible to practice Yoga no matter where you are!  Each of our
"distance learning" Yoga Members simply need access to a computer and the internet.  From this point, our Members may
log on and participate with any of our live studio classes.  This is a great option for many, and for many reasons.  This option
appeals to those working long hours and unable to travel, participate and get back to work with short breaks.  Now you can
do yoga on your break, rejuvenate and accomplish more on the job, lower your stress while bringing positive energy into
the remainder of your day.  This is also a great option for those who are traqveling and unable to get into the studio on a
regular basis.  How bout the individual who is challenged physically and may have feelings of intimidation of the studio
environment.  This might be a great stepping stone for someone, again, for many reasons.  You get to participate, benefit,
be a Member and part of a community, more on your terms and within your comfort level, guided by us throughout your journey.
